At the same time, we continue planting roots in the communities where we work. In Puerto Rico and throughout the Caribbean, our Food Producer Network is helping to build resilient food systems in the face of future disasters — which we know will be increasing due to the dangers of climate change. In Haiti, aspiring chefs are obtaining the skills and confidence they need to elevate their careers in the hospitality industry. Our clean cooking initiatives convert school and home kitchens to clean gas-burning stoves from harmful charcoal and wood.
